On Thursday, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu announced a shift in the state’s business strategy, moving from ‘ease of doing business’ to ‘speed of doing business’.
Currently on a tour in the United Arab Emirates, Naidu is meeting with top industry representatives in Abu Dhabi to attract investments to the southern state.
During meetings with Abu Dhabi Chamber Chairman Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi and G42 CEO Mansoor Al Mansoori, Naidu emphasized Andhra Pradesh’s potential as a hub for innovation and opportunity. The trade representatives expressed their interest in visiting Andhra Pradesh to explore investment options, particularly in technology and infrastructure sectors.
Naidu also met officials from Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), who showed interest in expanding their business in India. The Chief Minister highlighted the state’s strategic coastal location as advantageous for petrochemical companies.
The tour aims to attract investments ahead of the CII Partnership Summit in Vizag on November 14 and 15.
