Qatar Airways and Kenya Airways have announced a codeshare partnership covering 19 destinations, tickets go on sale 21 October and flights commence 26 October. Kenya Airways customers will be able to book Nairobi–Doha flights and onward travel to 10 destinations via Hamad International Airport, while Qatar Airways passengers gain access to 8 African cities via Nairobi. According to Qatar Airways CCO Thierry Antinori: “This expansion strengthens our Africa footprint.” Kenya Airways Commercial & Customer Director Julius Thairu adds: “This alliance opens the world to our customers.”
